Modern Duplex
This long-neglected property underwent a remarkable transformation through room additions and interior remodeling. We preserved and repurposed the original detached duplex structures, reconfiguring the existing floorplan to accommodate the room additions.
The project resulted in a doubling of room counts, habitable spaces, and parking spaces, while nearly tripling the property's rent and value. Low-maintenance landscaping was also implemented, significantly reducing operating costs. In anticipation of future ADU conversion, we intentionally constructed a four-car carport.

Luxury Residence
Situated in a desirable location, this original farmhouse-style home had an outdated interior and an inefficient floor plan. Notably, it featured a small master bedroom sharing a bathroom with an adjacent bedroom, among other issues.
To address these challenges, we added thirty percent more space, creating a true master suite, additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a formal entryway. In addition to the interior enhancements, we restyled the exterior and landscaping, maximizing curb appeal and ultimately increasing the luxury home's resale value.

Multi-Function Cottage
This property is situated on a residential and light commercial street and originally featured a small two-bedroom and one-bathroom home with a spacious backyard.
Our team made the decision to expand the property by adding an oversized 450 square foot master suite at the rear, complete with a wet bar. This versatile space can serve various purposes, such as an AirBnB studio, home office, daycare area, or even be converted into an ADU/JADU in the future. Additionally, we undertook remodeling of the existing kitchen and bathroom. From the initial design phase to obtaining permits and managing the construction, the entire project was successfully completed within a span of three months.
